“ Not your regular dim sum kopitiam, this one is up-scaled and I have to say that the quality is good which sometimes is worth the splurge. This place is normally pretty packed during peak hours. The restaurant itself is big and air conditioned, but I personally prefer the outside sitting. They have a good variety of your deep fried, steamed, pan fried and so on kinds of dim sum. Someone will normally go around with a tray of deep fried choices where you'd take your pick when he comes to your table. For the rest, you make your order yourself with the form provided. Besides the good quality, portions is also bigger here too. Most dishes are priced around RM4 plus or so, and it normally comes in twos or threes. Since it was a late night, we didn't order much. I really liked the Shrimp Dumpling, it's this translucent looking skin that is soft yet slightly chewy that wraps this good piece of shrimp inside. I'd recommend you to eat it while it's still hot else it hardens quick when cold. My boyfriend really like the Siu Mai too. Both of it came in threes and is priced at RM4.50. Many people seem to love the Golden Bun which is steamed paus that bursts like lava, i'm not too sure what is inside but it's custard like, slightly savory and sweet at the same time. I get a tinge of salted egg in it too. I think it's pretty good and a must try should it be your first time. They also have porridge, Chee Cheong Fun (rice roll), and stir fries such as turnip cake. Overall, food here is good! Per plate may not seem pricy but don't be surprised with your bill when the plates stacks up! ”
